You can achieve the desired sound quality by simply starting your music player through this app's playback button and adjusting settings such as bass boost, virtualizer, and equalizer. This app allows you to customize the sound quality for various media players including music players, audio players, video players, music streaming apps, and radio apps.

This equalizer app requires exclusive use; it won't function alongside other equalizers. Follow these steps to ensure proper operation:

1. Stop both the GlycoX app and any other equalizer apps completely.
For apps that cannot be closed from notifications, force stop them via the "App information" screen by pressing and holding the app icon.
2. Launch the GlycoX app.

For users with Android 10 or later:

On Android 10 or later, optimal sound quality can be achieved by adjusting the Compressor. The effector chain consists of Pre EQ -> Compressor -> Post EQ -> Limiter in that order. Follow these steps to enhance bass using the Compressor:

• Lower Pre Gain value.
• Increase Post Gain value.
• Slightly reduce the Ratio value.
• Slightly increase Threshold.

Note: Experiment with these settings to perceive sound changes. Further adjustments in Post EQ are recommended at the end of the process.

Operation modes:

Starting from v1.6.6, you can choose between two operation modes:

• Standard: The mode used until v1.5.6.
• Deep: Enhances deep bass; adjust volume by lowering In Gain & moderately increasing Out Gain, Loudness, & Volume. Careful adjustments are necessary to maintain bass effect.

Note: Bass Boost knob is inactive in Deep mode. Extreme settings may result in sound distortion; use moderate settings & volume responsibly when using this app.

Notes:

• To exit the app entirely, use notifications.
• Loudness, In Gain, & Out Gain values are not saved upon quitting the app.
